Attend Family Orientation
All prospective families are required to tour ABCDee before enrollment. Tours are scheduled privately during operating hours, giving you the opportunity to see our program in action, explore our classrooms, meet our team, and decide if ABCDee feels like the right fit for your family.
If a space is available and you decide to move forward after your tour, you’ll complete an Enrollment Commitment Form and submit the Enrollment Fee to secure your child’s placement. If a space is not currently available, your family may join our Priority Enrollment List and will be contacted when an appropriate opening becomes available.
Once your spot is secured, you’ll receive an Enrollment Packet with all required forms to complete before your child begins care.
Prior to your child’s first day, we’ll schedule a family orientation. You’ll return your completed Enrollment Packet, review important information, and have the opportunity to ask any remaining questions before your child starts.

When can I enroll my child?
We offer rolling enrollment throughout the year, based on availability within your child’s age group.
Do you offer part-time schedules?
We do not offer part-time enrollment or part-time tuition plans. Enrollment is offered on a full-week basis, Monday through Friday.
However, your child is not required to attend five full days. Families are welcome to attend fewer days or shorter hours based on what works best for their family while maintaining their full-week enrollment.
Because your child’s space is held for them throughout the week, tuition is not adjusted based on the number of days or hours attended.
Our full-week rate is intentionally priced to remain accessible while allowing us to provide the consistent teachers, lower ratios, all-inclusive care, and quality program we believe children deserve.
Your child’s space is theirs all week. How your family uses it can be flexible.
What if I need less than five days of care?
That’s completely fine! While enrollment is offered on a full-week basis, your child does not have to attend every day.
Some families choose three or four consistent days each week, while others simply use the days they need.
Your child’s space remains available to them Monday through Friday, giving your family the flexibility to use additional days when needed without changing your enrollment.
You may not need five days every week—but you’ll always have them available.
What is the teacher-to-child ratio?
We’re proudly independent. We aren’t part of a franchise, corporate chain, or multi-location childcare group. Decisions about our classroom sizes, staffing, and program are made right here, by people who know our teachers, our families, and our children. Growth for the sake of growth has never been our goal. Quality, relationships, and protecting the experience children have while they’re here always come first.
That freedom allows us to make choices that reflect those priorities. Our teacher-to-child ratios are significantly lower than Texas state requirements, and we maintain at least two teachers in every classroom. Smaller groups and more teachers mean more individualized attention, stronger relationships, and consistent support throughout the day.
We choose to operate this way because we believe every child deserves to be truly seen, deeply cared for, and loved—not simply supervised.
How do I schedule a tour?
You can schedule a private tour by contacting us through our website. Once we receive your inquiry, a member of our team will reach out to you directly to coordinate a tour date and time that works with our schedule.
All tours are scheduled in advance and take place during operating hours so you can see our program in action, experience our environment, and learn more about what makes ABCDee special.
What should I bring for my child?
At ABCDee, we keep things simple by providing almost everything your child needs throughout the day—including meals, diapers and pull-ups, wipes, nap supplies, water bottles, diaper cream, sunscreen, insect repellent, curriculum, and all classroom materials.
For Toddlers & Preschoolers:
Families only need to provide:
• A full-sized backpack for artwork, belongings, and items traveling between home and school
• A complete change of clothing, labeled and updated as your child grows and the seasons change
For Infants:
Infant needs are a little different. Families will receive a specific supply list based on their child’s age and feeding needs, including any bottles, breast milk/formula, baby food, or other items that need to be provided from home.
That’s it! We take care of the everyday essentials so there’s less to pack, remember, and carry out the door each morning.
All items we provide are included in tuition!
What are your hours and annual closures?
Our hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with Early Care available from 7:30–8:00 AM and Extended Care from 5:00–5:30 PM.

Do you have availability for my child?
Availability varies by age group and can change throughout the year. Because we intentionally keep our classroom sizes and teacher-to-child ratios low, openings may be limited in some programs.
